Rolling out
Thumbtack two-way messaging. We are integrating with the Thumbtack Partner Platform so connected businesses can read and reply to their Thumbtack customers directly inside Optic CRM. Data received through Thumbtack’s API is used solely to operate the connected business’s workflow and is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Data & trust
Optic CRM processes customer communications on behalf of the businesses that use it. We treat that data as theirs.
You own your data
Each connected business owns the customer data in its workspace. We act as its service provider, not the owner.
Used only to serve you
Data from connected platforms is used only to run your inbox and workflow. We never sell it or use it for unrelated purposes.
Prompt deletion
When a platform is disconnected, we destroy the data we received through that platform’s API promptly — within five business days, or sooner on request.
Encrypted & access-controlled
TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, secrets management, and role-based access on a need-to-know basis.
